Rotating craft taps from the Midwest's finest breweries, curated food pairings, and a warm gathering space that feels like coming home. No reservations needed — just show up and pour.
Built for people who believe the best conversations start with a cold pour.
Pop-Up Beer Garden wasn't planned — it was invited. A group of neighbors, brewers, and food lovers in Waukesha got tired of choosing between great beer and a place to actually enjoy it. So we built one.
What started as weekend gatherings in a rented courtyard has grown into a permanent home on Bluemound Road, where rotating taps from Wisconsin's best breweries meet thoughtfully sourced bites from local kitchens. Every week, something new arrives on tap. Every visit feels different.
We don't do pretension. We don't do cover charges. We do honest beer, real food, and the kind of atmosphere where strangers become regulars by Friday.
What's pouring this week
Our lineup changes every Thursday. These are the beers we're proud to serve right now — from IPAs that bite to stouts that linger.
Midnight Sun Double IPA
Black Stack Brewing · Milwaukee, WI
Grapefruit, pine resin, a whisper of citrus peel. Bold without apology.
Bluemound Honey Lager
Local collaboration · Waukesha, WI
Smooth, slightly sweet, finished with wildflower honey from a nearby apiary. The one that brought us here.
Obsidian Coffee Stout
Iron River Brewing · Madison, WI
Dark chocolate, espresso, roasted malt. Pairs exceptionally well with our chocolate pretzel boards.
Golden Hour Hefeweizen
Fox Point Brewhouse · Fox Point, WI
Banana, clove, and a soft wheat finish. The kind of beer you drink slowly on a warm evening.
Wild Plum Gose
Sauk City Craft · Sauk City, WI
Tart cherry, sea salt, and a touch of plum. Bright, refreshing, and impossible to drink just one.
Prairie Gold Pilsner
Horicon Brewery · Horicon, WI
Crisp, clean, with a delicate hop bitterness that cuts through rich food like butter.
Our full tap list updates every Thursday. Follow us on social for the latest pour announcements.
Stay UpdatedBeer tastes better when something real is on the plate.
We partner with local bakers, butchers, and kitchen crews to bring rotating food menus that actually match the beer — not just salted pretzels and hope.
Fresh-Baked Bread & Cheese Board
House-made sourdough, local Wisconsin cheeses, honeycomb, and fig compote. Changes with the season.
Smoked Meat Sliders
Brisket, pulled pork, and sausage sliders with house pickles and tangy mustard sauce. Served on brioche buns from our bakery partner.
Weekly Pairing Flights
Three 4 oz pours selected by our beer lead, each matched with a small bite. The best way to discover your new favorite combination.
More than a pour — it's a happening.
From brewery takeovers to live acoustic sets, there's always something going on at the Garden.
